DINING: Its main restaurant, the elegant Perroquet Restaurant, has been awarded in 2007 and 2008 as “Best Hotel Restaurant” in Peru and offers gourmet international and Peruvian specialties. The experience of tasting Peruvian products cooked by a Peruvian chef is a gastronomic highlight of this city. A very pleasant ambiance can be found every Friday and Saturday night with live music.
